Welcome to the Isfryn Cottages - three beautiful and spacious properties in an idyllic part of North Wales. All three self-contained cottages are available for standard accommodation lets all year round and we at Isfryn also offer a variety of tour packages - providing both exciting and relaxing short-break bundles, complete with transport, at incredible prices.
As you approach Isfryn along the country lanes you will pass dairy farms, sheep farms and horse riding stables. You will also travel over the lovely River Elwy which flows all year round from Snowdonia making its way to the coast and this is only a ten minute walk from our cottages. Immediately you will begin to relax and unwind as you take in the views which surround our cottages. On arrival at the cottage gate you will see stunning views of the open countryside uninterrupted for as far as the eye can see.
Isfryn Cottage is surrounded by fields and sits on its own private land and is a very quiet and relaxing place to be. Our cottages are ideally located for “quiet time”, set in approximately one acre of land with a number of beautiful quiet walks. Our village pub “The Hawk and Buckle” is also only a ten minute walk from the cottage front door. The nearest shops are located back at Bodelwyddan Castle, here you will find a Spar, a news agent, a fish and chip shop and in our opinion the best chinese takeaway for miles around.
Isfryn Cottages can be found three miles off the North Wales A55 Expressway, taking the junction for Bodelwyddan Castle and The Marble Church. They are set in the beautiful, picturesque Denbighshire countryside between Snowdonia and The Clwyd Mountain Range - both of which are only 15 minutes away.

We have castles, beaches and wide open countryside all around with Snowdonia National Park a short drive away, where the whole great outdoors opens up right before you,. Conwy with its scenic estuary and towering castle is also just a short drive from the front door, along with Beaumaris, Rhuddlan and Caernarfon Castles, each also just a short journey away.
Llanberis and Mount Snowdon are within easy reach and a trip up the largest mountain via its famous rail line is simply stunning. Rivers and lakes, woods and forests, birds of prey and vast open spaces are all what make North Wales a very special place indeed, all year round.
We believe Isfryn cottage is ideal for somebody wishing to “get away from it all”, and have some quality time to themselves in beautiful scenery.
We look forward to welcoming you to Isfryn.
